Trust in the workplace: The key to coming out?
This is the question that is being asked by a new study that Workplace Pride is cooperating on with ESADE Business School in Barcelona. ESADE, one of the world’s leading international business schools, is undertaking the study with the goal of scientifically demonstrating if the business case for investing in inclusive workplace practices leads to better working environments for all.
All Workplace Pride members, friends and allies who identify as LGBTQ, are at least 18 years old and have working experience are invited to fill out the survey which will take about 15 minutes to complete. All data is anonymous, and no information about your workplace is gathered.
